People assume that it must be so easy for me to do deals because of my established reputation.
People just starting out often say " It must be easy for you because you are already established and have a track record of success but I am just starting out"
Truth be told, I never have used that in
any of my negotiations...until recently.
I think that it is a foregone conclusion today that anybody with half a
brain is going to check someone out on the internet before doing
business with them.
So I have started to use my integrity to my advantage.
It makes things so much easier for people when they check out who I am
and see my impeccable reputation online and off.
It makes them very comfortable in proceeding as well it should.
Imagine if for a moment, you could actually partner with me, TC Bradley and actually piggyback off of my reputation in doing deals...Do you think it might help you to be able to tell the seller that your partner is TC Bradley and actually be able to 3 way them over to me to talk with them and close the deal?

I actually think that it gives you a unfair legal advantage over anyone else that may be starting out when you can 3 way over someone to their partner TC Bradley and they can check out my background instead of yours.
